Douglas C. Dyer Sr. is the President of Eliance Health Solutions. Doug has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held a variety of senior leadership positions in multi-hospital health systems. His achievements include being the founding CEO of one of the largest association health plans in the country, helping over 4,000 small employers increase access to care, control costs and improve healthcare outcomes. Doug has played key roles in launching innovative programs such as retail healthcare clinics, onsite employer clinics and worksite wellness programs. He currently leads a talented team of healthcare industry professionals specializing in self-funding healthcare solutions.

Doug’s community service includes serving as a Board member of Capital Region Heart Association, Drug Free PA, Hospice of Central PA, Bloomsburg State University College of Business and numerous local chambers of commerce.

Michael McCuen is the Director of Sales for Eliance Health Solutions. Mike is a seasoned sales professional with over 30 years of experience in the health insurance and wellness industries. He is responsible for developing strong and trusted relationships with employers and brokers. He welcomes the opportunity to connect with employers and brokers to discuss how our innovative health plans can stabilize healthcare costs and help employees improve their health and well-being.

Sherry Wolgemuth is our Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for oversight of Medical Services, Claims, Credentialing, Customer Service, Administrative Services and Compliance. She has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry and strives to maintain a level of excellence in her department.

Doug Smith is the Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for technology operations and partner relationships. Doug brings 20 years of experience focused in healthcare software design, development and support along with many years of software consulting in numerous fields.

Dr. Raff is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia and did his residency training in Family Medicine at the Lancaster General Hospital. He is boarded in Family Medicine with 30 years of experience in Family Medicine teaching which included Obstetrics, Hospital and Emergency Room Medicine as well as Pediatrics and Ambulatory medicine. He has spent the last 5 years in Urgent Care as both a Clinician and an Administrator.

Demi Porter is the Director of Client Services. She brings over 35 years of industry health plan administration, focusing on self-funded ERISA plans for the past 25 years. She is responsible for developing and coordinating all established client activities which includes: client management, fund management, TPA & client reporting, stop loss liaison/placement and renewal management. Demi is excited to be assisting employer groups in Lancaster find a better solution to their employee health plan needs.  

Gina Dague is the Director, Implementation & Client Management for Eliance Health Solutions. Gina is responsible for providing leadership on business planning of new and expanded Eliance Health Solutions services and determining process improvements and adjustments to improve efficiency. In addition to this, Gina is responsible for client management.
