The Eliance Wellness team and our parent company, Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, has received numerous awards and recognition for our programs. Gold WELCOA Award

The Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health MyHealthyLiving program received the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) Gold Well Workplace Status. WELCOA is one of the nation’s most respected resources for building high-performing, healthy workplaces. The Gold WELCOA Award is given to companies that have successfully built comprehensive worksite wellness initiatives and are demonstrating and documenting concrete outcomes. The LG Employee Wellness Program is recognized by the Wellness Council of America as one of the nation’s healthiest companies. LG Health is one of only 28 workplaces in the U.S. to receive Gold recognition.

Well Workplace Awards

The Eliance Wellness team at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health, has received Platinum Well Workplace Status since 2015. This award is through Lighten Up Lancaster and the Business Group on Health and honors local businesses who have completed the CDC Wellness Scorecard. In addition to this, in 2017, Eliance Wellness received the Well Workplace Impact Award. The Impact Award recognizes the leading company that demonstrates outstanding measurable results.
